Live Wrecked is a community in process.  We are all alternately drowning and rescuing, swimming and floating in the vast ocean of existence.  Learning to stay in our process and knowing who, what, and where we are is our goal, because accepting where we are enables us to see others where they are, enabling us to extend help as well as accept help.
